Volkan has dedicated his professional career to the study and mastery of the leather industry. His expertise begins at the very origin of the product: tanning, leather treatment, and finishing processes that define not only aesthetics, but also the material’s performance in use and in production. His extensive experience also allows us to evaluate each business proposal to ensure its success.
Antonio del Canto
Antonio Del Canto Venegas is a Spanish fashion designer and pattern maker, born and trained in Ubrique. He graduated in Fashion Design from the University of Design and Technology (UDIT) in Madrid, where he completed his academic training.
His work combines an artistic and conceptual approach with a modern sensibility, with a clear focus on originality, sustainability, and personal expression through design. He supports our partner brands by developing new designs and guiding the creative direction of each season.
Esteban Gonzalez
Esteban is a specialist in technical pattern making, one of the most decisive—yet least visible—disciplines in high-quality leather goods.
His career has focused on transforming ideas and designs into precise, efficient, production-ready patterns, understanding how every millimeter impacts the final result.
Esteban is responsible for:
– Developing solid, repeatable patterns
– Optimizing constructions for production
– Reducing errors, waste, and workshop issues
– Ensuring consistency between samples and production runs

Alejandro Marin
Alejandro has extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing and production management within Ubrique’s ecosystem, working with leading luxury brands. He knows the workshops, real production rhythms, and the critical points where issues typically arise.
His deep background allows him to anticipate problems and maintain control of the production process from the inside.
At Marsot, Alejandro is responsible for:

His role is defined by multidisciplinary coordination, detailed planning, and rigorous operational execution.
